Supercomputer for Food Analysis
27. September,08:00 - 16:00
The workshop will present how the brain analyses and combines information about food (from the senses, from the gastrointestinal tract and fat, and from memories) into a complex perception, flavour. Based on it we then decide, whether we ingest food, how much do we eat, and whether we like it. No machine can replace the analysis of our brain, so food testers (e.g. for alive oil, wine, coffee) are always people.
