Laboratory Measurement of Physical Performance
26. September, 2025,08:00 - 16:00

Participants will have the opportunity to try modern methods of laboratory assessment of physical performance used in sports science and clinical practice. They will learn the basic principles of measuring forces in jumps using a force plate and basic metrics (e.g. jump height, contact time, symmetry). In addition, they will be able to test their muscle strength using a hand dynamometer and compare their results with peers. The workshop will emphasize the importance of objective measurements in assessing motor abilities and will give participants insight into the work of researchers and experts in the field of kinesiology.
